Clinical Pearl

Hepatomegaly on physical exam.  What are the possible causes?  Think about three things: edema (ie. alcoholic hepatitis, Budd-Chiari), an infiltrative process (ie. steatosis, lymphoma) and space occupying lesions (ie. hepatocellular carcinoma, polycystic liver disease).
