A cocaine addict presents with hepatitis and Doppler studies show no flow in the hepatic artery.  Hepatic artery thrombosis?  Probably not, as this condition is far more likely in a liver transplant recipient.  Think about severe HA vasoconstriction from cocaine, and repeat the Doppler days later to confirm.
