The Sunday Chronicles

Doctor (dock – ter): 1. n. a white collared-professional with expertise in maintaining conversation while looking at a computer screen.  2. n. one who can fill out paperwork (see: disability forms, billing, visiting nurse orders) while feigning compassion.  3. v. to lose value and esteem over time, usually due to unnecessary bureaucracy.  (ex. the failed animal shelter was totally doctored by the policy makers who had no clue about selfless pursuits)
