Definition: Lille Model

The Lille Model is used for prognostication at day #7 of steroid treatment for severe alcoholic hepatitis (when the discriminant function was > 32 at day #0). If the calculated Lille Model score is > 0.45 at day #7, the 60 day survival rate is about 25%, as opposed to 85% if below this cutoff.
